Daniel Nikolovski (1992) is a Macedonian-born interior and furniture designer, currently living and working in Milan, Italy. His work is narrative-driven and is characterised by the use of sculptural geometries, altering proportions, and through rich range of materials such as: steel, resin, tortoiseshell acetate, boldly-patterned woods and fabrics...
By deconstructing a regularly looking cubic
armchair, the idea behind this piece is to show what’s
happening behind the scenes in an upholstery lab.
Each foam colour represents different thicknesses of
foam and is combined in a way to create the ultimate
comfort chair.
This armchair also has a mechanism, that allows
360 degrees rotation.
